Irwin Fouwels
Executive Chairman

Irwin has over 25 years of global telecom experience and has held management positions with KPN, AT&T and BT Global Services. Irwin joined Expereo in 2010 as Regional Director Asia Pacific, in 2014 he became CCO and CEO in 2016.

Ben Elms
Chief Executive Officer

Ben brings more than 20 years of operational expertise and leadership in the telecommunications industry. Before joining Expereo, Ben led the Vodafone Global Enterprise business as Group Director Chief Executive Officer.

Adee Packer
Chief Financial Officer

Adee is a seasoned finance executive with over 18 years of experience. Prior to Expereo, Adee held CFO roles in the beverage industry. Adee joined Expereo in 2023 as CFO.

Sander Barens
CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER

Sander’s career in Telecom started in 1997. Having worked in different managerial positions in AT&T and BT Global Services, Sander joined Expereo in 2007 in Singapore. Sander became CCO in 2018 and CPO in 2022.

Sujata Kukreja
General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer

Sujata brings more than 15 years of international business, regulatory compliance and M&A experience. Before joining Expereo in 2022, Sujata worked in Knauf, spearheading operations in the APAC region, managing legal and ESG compliance, governance and risk management.

Jean-Philippe Avelange
Chief Information Officer

Jean-Philippe has over 20 years of IT telecom experience with Capgemini and later as a founder of InovenAltenor and Avelto, working for major telecom operators across Europe. He joined Expereo in 2017.

Kristaps Petrovskis
Chief Technology Officer

Kristaps has over 15 years of experience in the global telecom industry. Kristaps has previously worked for BT and Orange. He joined Expereo in 2008.

Victoria Marshall
Chief People Officer

Victoria has more than 20 years of experience in various HR leadership roles. She is recognized as a culture change leader with a proven record for developing strong talent and leadership teams to deliver organizational excellence. Before joining Expereo as CPO, she worked at Vodafone as Head of Human Resources.
